Each yearly visit includes:

• Checking all visible water lines and drain lines for signs of leaks
• Toilet efficiency and flush test
• Checking shut-off valves for proper function
• Water heater flush and inspection
• Inspection of safety devices (relief valves and expansion tanks)
• Faucet function tests
• Discuss any specific concerns or questions you may have about your plumbing
• Complementary water hardness, pH, iron, or chlorine test, upon request
